    Our objective is to set mutually satisfying goals, during our “Management Solved” session.  We conduct a property inspection to identify areas of concern, discuss and address community problems and outline exactly what your association expects of FMS to create a detailed plan of management.  Board participation is encouraged to create a solid atmosphere.
